1、结合在商业银行长期工作经历，以及对我行现金管理业务发展状况的了解，笔者运用MBA阶段所学的商业银行经营管理、服务营销、流程管理等相关知识，对商业银行集团公司现金管理业务进行了分析，并提出了有一定针对性的发展对策，目的是希望通过该MBA论文的研究为我国商业银行发展集团公司现金管理业务提供具有可操作性的参考建议。但是，鉴于研究深度有限，文中一定存在有所疏忽的地方，敬请评审专家及答辩专家指教，本人将继续努力完善。关键词；商业银行集团公司现金管理AbstractThecashmanagementofthegroupcor
