1、苹果红色芽变香气组分及脂肪酸代谢相关酶活性研究不饱和脂肪酸均显著高于饱和脂肪酸的含量,芽变和对照的脂肪酸总积累量均呈现先下降后上升再下降的趋势,芽变最后下降的趋势较迅速;③在果实发育后期芽变4个酶活性均呈呈上升趋势,并高于对照,而酶活性上升加速脂肪酸途径代谢过程,这也与芽变果实后期脂肪酸总积累量下降一致。关键词:苹果;红色芽变;AFLP鉴定;香气成分;SPME—GC/MS;萃取条件筛选;脂肪酸代谢Ⅱ山东农业大学硕士学位论文AbstractBudsportselectionbreedingisselectingthebestandistheeffectivewaytoimprov

3、rolmaterial,wefirstidentifiedthembymolecularmarkersinthisstudy,Wealsoanalyzedandevaluatedthearomacompoundsandstudiedthemetabolicmechanismandregularityoftheflavoringsubstances.Allofthiswasaimtoprovidebasicinformationforexploringtheredbudsportsapplemechanismandprovidedareferenceforqualityapple
4、budsportbreeding.Themainresultswereasfollows:1.The29materialswereidentifiedbyAFLPmolecularmarkerstechnique.64paksofprimersaugmented1512stripes;usingtheSimQualprogramsolvestheDICEsimilaritycoefficientmatrixfortheoriginalmatrixandachievedthesimilaritycoefficientmatrixforreceivingthedendrogram.
5、Itcouldbejudgedbydendrogram,thesportandthemotherplantshadclearlyseparation.Wehaveidentifieditsbudsporttoprovideamolecularbasisforfollow-upsportofselection.2.Applearomacomponentswereanalyzedusingsolidphasemicroextraction(SPME)andgaschromatography-massspectrometry(GC/MS)technologies.Theeffects
