1、■摘要本研究采用慢性不可预知性应激致抑郁模型小鼠,检测其血清皮质酮浓度及海马和前脑皮层神经元中脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)的变化,从行为学、形态学及蛋白质水平探讨中药复方枳菊解郁汤的抗抑郁作用及其机制,为临床用药提供实验依据。将90只2月龄昆明品系小白鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型组,阳性对照(氟西汀)组,枳菊解郁汤低、中、高剂量组。采用慢性不可预知性应激方法(电击足底、束缚、束缚+热刺激、禁水、禁食、通宵照明、斜笼饲养)造成抑郁模型小鼠,阳性对照药为西药氟西汀。通过旷场、悬尾、Moms水迷宫实验,检测各组小鼠自主活动、行为绝望和空间学习记忆等行为的变化情况;
