2、pitalscouldgetalongerdevelopment.Thus,hospitalculturalconstructionhadbecomeaprimarytaskforpublichospitals.Hospitalculturewasthesummaryofthecourseofthespiritualandmaterialcivilizationinconstantconstructionanddevelopmentofhospitals,anditwasthekeyforcorecompetitiven
3、essofhospitals.ForChinesepublichospitals,astheparticularityofthemedicalprofession,hospitalculturalconstructioncouldnotcopythegeneralpatternsofenterprisecultureconstructionandoutcome.Therefore,culturewasstillataskofmajorpublichospitals.Fromanoverallpointofview,con
4、structionofhospitalculturedid’tmatchtheeconomicandmaterialaspectsofthedevelopmentofhospitalandhospitalcultureconstructionlaggedtheeconomicsubstanceofthehospitaldevelopment,therefore,ithasagreatpracticalsignificanceofhospitalcultureconstruction.Objective:Inthisstu
5、dy,fourconprehensivepublichospitalswereinvestigatedtounderstandthecurrentsituationofthehospitalstaffonhospitalcultureconstruction,tofindoutthecognitiveattitudeandinfluencefactorthroughavarietyofmethodssuchasinterviewsandquestionnaires,andtomakesuggestionsofstreng
6、theningtheconstructionofhospitalculture.Methods:BasisOnthecorporateidentitysystemtoadjustthecompositionofthehospitalculturequestionnaire,formtheresearchrequiredquestionnairewhichweneed.Byseekingexpertise’advice,takingadjustmentsandmodificationstotheoriginalquesti
7、onnairefurtherly,finallyformthefinalquestionnaire.Atotalof200questionnaireswereissued,ofwhich171validquestionnaireswererecycling,theeffectiverecoveryrateis85.5%.SPSS19.0softwarewasappliedtoperformfrequencyanalysis.Results:1.Awarenessofhospitalculture17.0%oftheres
8、pondentsiscompleteunderstandingofthehospitalculture,basicunderstandingis64.9%,thegeneralunderstandingis18.1%,andtheredon’thaverespondentsmisunderstandthephenom
