1、万方数据华北电力大学硕士学位论文化模型,引入云进化算法改进传统粒子群算法,构建了基于云进化的粒子群算法。然后,为了求解多目标优化模型,确定目标函数权重系数,以单目标优化结果建立目标函数的投入产出表,应用熵权法确定目标函数的权重系数,加权形成模型综合优化目标函数。最后,为了确定供电应急物资配送调度最优解,引入模糊满意度理论,建立供电应急物资配送调度最优解决策方法。(5)以我国某地区实际供电物资应急案例进行实证分析,验证了所提模型的有效性和适用性。首先,介绍了该供电物资应急案例的样本情况。然后,分别对多目标配送调度优化模
