3、ementedonCardiacCADsoftwareplatform.Forthehigh-qualityCTimages,theaccuracyrateofseedpointextractionisabove90%.Bythewayofashapebasedregiongrowingalgorithm,theleakageswhoretheimageinformationambiguousisrestrained.TheresultsshowthatthealgorithmCanimprovetheautomationofCard
4、iacCADsystembyone-clickvesselextraction.ThealgorithmhasbeensuccessfullyappliedincoronaryarteriesanalysisofNensoflCardiacCAD.Skeletonisfrequentlyappliedinmedicalimageanalysis.Thinningisaprocesswhichproducestheskeletonofanobjectwhileitstopologicalstructureispreserved;itis
