1、脂代谢紊乱对大鼠肾小管上皮细胞rOAT3基因表达的影响摘要目的研究高脂血症对大鼠肾小管上皮细胞rOAT3(ratorganicanion%ransporter3)基因表达的影响,探讨脂代谢紊乱与痛风及高尿酸血症的相关性。方法以雄性OLETF大鼠为研究对象,以雄性LETO大鼠(与OLETF大鼠同系)为对照。基础饲辎饲养至7周龄,剪尾取血保存,1l周龄时所有大鼠用水合氯醛腹腔注射麻醉,左肾静脉取血,活体取肾皮质液氮保存,采用生化仪检测Jf【L脂、尿酸、血糖、尿素氮、肌酐,采用逆转录一聚合酶链反应(RT—PCR)方法检测rOAT3活性和mRNA水平。大鼠生化指标和rOAT3表达水平用(X
