1、橡胶轮胎行业发展现状及推动行业发展的对策建议橡胶轮胎业是我省的优势产业，近几年，受国际国内大形势、大环境的变化影响，橡胶轮胎企业面临诸多新的挑战。尤其是全行业总体产能过剩所导致的出口受阻、外资“蚕食”和成本上升等，制约着橡胶轮胎业的持续发展。本文以广饶橡胶轮胎行业为例，重点研究新形势下该行业的发展策略和关键环节，并就促进橡胶轮胎行业发展、加强地区财源建设提出了意见建议。　　一、广饶县橡胶轮胎行业发展现状作为我省橡胶轮胎行业的重要生产基地，目前，广饶县子午线轮胎生产能力达到9500万（套）条，约占全国的30%，占全省的60%。solicitedopinionsa
