1、AbstractTheinsuranceindustryisabusinessofdealingwitllrisks.Theinsuranceindustry,thebankingandsecuritiesindustryareasthethreepillarsofthefinancialindustry.Insuranceindustryofourcountryhasexperiencedhigh-speedgrowthof30yearssincethereformandopeningup.However’thedevelop

2、mentoftheinsuranceindustryhasmetwithdifficultiesin2012.ThepooroperatingsituationmakestheassetscalegrowthofthethirdpillarsofthefinancialindustryMoppedrepeatedly.Thereareinternationalanddomesticeconomicenvironmentfactors.andintrinsicfactorforattentiontoincreasemorethan

3、tothequalityintheinsuranceindustryofourcountryforalongtime.ThewholeinsuranceindustryshouldendeavortOexploretotheconnotativegrowthmodetransformation.Insurancemarketconsumereducationhasveryimportantsignificanceforprotectingthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofconsumers,est

4、ablishingwellorderforinsurancemarketandpromotingthehealthydevelopmentoffinancialmarkets.Withthedevelopmentofournationaleconomy,theimportanceoftheeducmionfortheinsurancemarketconsumershasbeenincreasing.InsurancemarketconsumereducationofOurcountryhasmadegreatprogressco

5、mparedtothestatusofearlyreformandopeningup.Ingeneralitisstillintheprimarystageofdevelopment.Itcannotadapttotheneedsofsocialdevelopment.ThispaperfirstintroducestheinsuranceconsumereducationconnotationaswellasthepresentsituationofOurcountryoninsuranceconsumereducation.

6、AndithasanalyzedmistakesofinsuranceCOllsumereducationinOUrcountryfrominsurancecomplaintstatusinthefirsthalfof2012.Secondly,thispaperdescribestheguidingideology,thegoalsandtheprinciplesofinsuranceconsumereducationinourcountry.Anditanalyzedofthelong—termsignificancefor
