1、宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室21例分析(四川省安岳县第三人民医院妇产科四川安岳642350)【摘要】目的：对宫腹腔镜联合治疗剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室患者的临床疗效进行探讨。方法：将我院从2014年1月到2016年6月收治的剖宫产术后子宫切口憩室的患者42例作为研究对象，将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各纳入患者21例，对照组患者采用传统阴式手术进行治疗，观察组患者给予宫腹腔镜联合治疗，观察两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、平均住院天数及平均住院费用等的差别。结果：观察组患者手术时间、术中出血、治疗费用高于对照组患者，而平均住院时间显著短于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义
