1、高龄结直肠癌的特点及手术治疗分析胡洪1陈功2张勇1(1玉溪市人民医院普外二科云南玉溪653100)(2中山大学肿瘤医院结直肠科广东广州510060)【摘要】目的：探讨高龄结直肠癌的临床特点及手术治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析我院及中山大学肿瘤医院结直肠科135例经手术和病理证实的75〜89岁高龄结肓肠癌患者临床资料。结果：所有135例患者均行手术治疗，其中101例(74.8%)属根治性切除,19例姑息性切除,12例行结肠造口术忌切除率为88.7%0无手术死亡病例。术后随访103例(76.3%)。总的2年和5年生存率分别为64.7%和42.3%。结论：对高龄结肓
