1、结直肠癌组织中MAC30的表达及其临床意义赵增仁1,张丽静1,张志勇2,高艳敏2,张学明1,胡月明2,李芳1,孙晓峰1(河北医科大学1第一医院普外科,石家庄050031;2唐山工人医院病理科,唐山063000)摘要:目的探讨脑膜瘤相关蛋白(Meningioma-associatedprotein,MAC30)mRNA在结直肠癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用RT-PCR法对50例结直肠癌原发肿瘤组织、瘤旁正常粘膜组织、近端及远端切缘正常粘膜组织中MAC30、Particularlyinterestingnewcysteine-histid
2、inerichprotein(PINCH)、核孔蛋白88(Nucleoporin88,Nup88)mRNA的表达进行检测和分析。结果结直肠癌组织中MAC30mRNA的表达(0.57±0.36)明显高于癌旁无瘤粘膜(0.35±0.25)、远端切缘粘膜(0.35±0.28)以及近端切缘粘膜(0.34±0.25)(P<0.05)。在粘液癌/印戒细胞癌中,MAC30mRNA的表达较非粘液性腺癌的表达水平明显增高(P=0.009);与PINCHmRNA、Nup88mRNA的表达呈正相关(P均<0.0001)。MAC30mRNA的表达与患者年龄、性

8、p88脑膜瘤相关蛋白(Meningioma-associatedprotein,MAC30)在脑膜瘤中呈过度表达[1],其mRNA的表达在胰腺癌、胃癌、食管癌和结肠癌中也呈现上调[2]。然而,MAC30mR
