1、双重阻断RASS对2型糖尿病肾病血管生长调控因子表达的影响1△1※21秦会娟,温玉洁,刘陶文,阳晶晶12(广西壮族自治区南溪山医院暨桂林医学院附属南溪山医院内分泌科,肿瘤科,广西桂林541002)摘要:目的探讨双重阻断肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(renin-angiontensinⅡ-aldosteronesystem,RASS)对2型糖尿病肾病血管生长调控因子表达的影响。方法将糖尿病肾病(DN)患者60例,随机分为3组,实验组A.贝那普利组10mg/日B.厄贝沙坦组150mg/日C.贝那普利组10mg/日、厄
2、贝沙坦150mg/d联合应用组各20例。用药前、后(两个月)各留取空腹血5ml用来检测血清VEGF和ENS。并对用药前后的尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)作一比较。D组:空白对照组为同一时间段在我院体检中心体检的人员20例,不加任何干预。结果实验组VEGF、ENS水平均较对照组升高P<0.01;药物干预后,3组UAER、VEGF、ENS水平均有下降,联合用药组下降更明显P<0.05。结论研究证实VEGF和ENS平衡的紊乱在DN的发生发展过程中起重要作用,双重阻断RAS可明显减少尿蛋白,延缓肾脏病变。关键词:双重阻断
