1、一、信息理论与技术教研中心田宝玉、林家儒导师组：周炯槃，男，中国工程院院院士、北京邮电大学教授、博士生导师；泛网无线通信教育部重点实验室学术委员会名誉主任；中国信息论奠基人，长期以来从事信息论、通信理论等领域研究，主持完成了“中国信息技术发展战略与政策”、“高速信息网中关键基础问题”等国家和国家自然科学基金重大项目多项；获得全国科学大会奖、原邮电部“七五”期间重大科研一等奖、原邮电部科技进步一等奖等多项；专著《信息理论基础》、《通信网基础》分别获得原邮电部全国邮电院校优秀教材特等奖、原国家教委全国优秀教材特等奖、原国家教委国家级优秀教学成果奖等。JiongpanZh

6、tionalexcellentteachingmaterials,andthenational-levelexcellentteachingachievementaward,wherethefirstwasawardedbyformerMinistryofPostsandTelecommunications,andthelattertwowereawardedbyformerNationalEducationCommittee.吴伟陵，男，北京邮电大学信息与通信工程学院教授、博士生导师。主要研究方向为变参信道的信息传输、移动通信及信息理论与编码。长期从事信息与通信领

7、域教学和科研工作，作为项目负责人主持和承担973、863及自然科学基金等国家级科研项目十余项，获国家奖励两次、部级奖励四次。近年来公开发表论文200余篇，专利7项，出版国家级规划教材和专著4本：《信息处理与编码》、《移动通信原理》、《通信原理》和《移动通信中的关键技术》。曾任中国电子学会理事、信息论分会主席，广电总局科技部专家委员。田宝玉,男，1946年8月出生；北邮信息与通信工程学院信息理论与技术教研中心责任教授、博士生导师；1969年毕业于哈尔滨军事工程学院电子工程系，1982年获北邮信息论专业硕士学位；长期从事科研和教学工作，主要研究方向：信号与信息处理、
