3、beenpouredintothecommercialrealestatemarket.Commercialrealestatehasbecomeanewinvestmenthotspotinthedomesticrealestatemarket.Commercialrealestateinvestmentisahighlyintegratedandhighlycorrelatedeconomicprocess,withlargeamountoffinancialinputandlongdevelopingcycle.Thewholeinves
4、tingprocessisahighyeld,yethighriskactivity.Therefore,developingasystematicmethodtoanalyzeandevaluatetheinvestmentriskisextremelynecessaryandhassignificanttheoreticalandpracticalimpact,especiallywhenthecorrespondingtheoryandpolicyarenotyetmatureasitisincurrentsituationofChina
5、.Onthebasisofpreviousestablisheddomesticandforeignrealestateinvestmentrisktheories,thisstudyclarifiedtheconceptsofthecommercialrealestateandcommercialrealestateinvestments,andII------characterizedtheriskfactorsofthecommercialrealestateinvestmentinChinafromthedeveloperperspec
