1、反复呼吸道感染儿童匹多莫德与维生素D治疗的临床疗效观察【摘要】目的分析研宄反令秃粑令道感染儿童联合匹多莫德和维生素D治疗的疗效和对机体免疫功能的影响。方法100例RRI儿童为研宄对象,采用随机法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患儿采用常规治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上加用匹多莫德和维生素D治疗,随访6个月。对比两组临床疗效、临床症状消退时间、T细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白的变化,随访期间统计复发次数。结果观组患儿总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。观察组患儿随访期间复发次数为次,对照组患儿为次,观察组患儿随访期间复发次数明显少于对照组。观察组发热消退时间、扁桃体肿大消退时间、肺部命分音
2、消退时间、咳嗽缓解时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;观察组治疗后T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;对照组治疗前后T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白比较差异无统计学意义。结论RRI儿童给予匹多莫德和维生素D联合治疗具有较好的疗效,可有效缓解临床症状,降低疾病的复发次数,同时还显著增强患儿的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能。【关键词】反复呼吸道感染;小儿;免疫调节剂;T细胞亚群;免疫球蛋白DOI:10.14163/j.cnki.ll-5547/r.2017.15.006Observationofclinicaleffectbypidotimodandvita
