1、心理护理对手术室患者紧张情绪的影响宋瑞华（柘城县中丙医结合医院感染办河南柘城476600）【摘要】目的：探究心理护理对手术室患者紧张情绪的影响。方法：随机选取木院近几年收治于手术室治疗患者120例，将患者随机分成对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者采用常规外科护理，观察组患者在对照组的基础上加以心理护理，对两组患者的心理状况和护理干预满意度进行比较分析。心理状况主要从以下方面进行分析和评估：视觉模拟量表（VAS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）和Zung氏抑郁自评量表（SDS）o结果：对照组患者的VAS、SAS和SDS的评分在护理前后无显著差异（P〉0.05）;观察组患者护理前后的VAS、SAS和

2、SDS的评分相比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组患者的VAS、SAS和SDS指标改善程度均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。经护理干预后，观察组满意率100%显著高于对照组满意率80%,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）结论:对于手术室患者进行常规护理联合心理护理有助于患者紧张情绪的缓解，积极配合围术期相关准备工作以及术后的康复，提高手术治疗效果和患者手术后的生活质量，值得被重视和推广到临床治疗。【关键词】心理护理；手术室患者；情绪【中图分类号】R395.1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）06-0024-02Effectofmentalnur
