1、手术室护理中优质护理干预的施行效果评估何桂秀新晃县中医医院湖南怀化419200【摘要】目的:研究和探索手术室护理中使用优质护理干预的实施效果和应用价值。方法:选择我院2014年11月到2015年11月接收的手术室治疗患者180例,随机分为使用常规护理治疗的对照组患者90例,实施优质护理干预治疗的观察组患者90例,对比和分析两组患者临床治疗情况和满意度等。结果:观察组患者满意49例,一般40例,不满意1例,临床护理满意度为98.89%,患者主动配合46例,基木配合39例,不配合5例;对照组患者满意35例,一般45例,不满意10例,临床护理满意度为88.89%,患者主
2、动配合31例,基木配合42例,不配合17例,且P<0.05差异具有统计学意义,对比具有临床参考价值。结论:手术室实施优质护理干预能够提高患者临床治疗和服药的依从性,提高患者对临床护理的满意度,增强对医院和治疗过程的信心,取得良好的护理效果,早日康复出院,具有推广价值。。。【关键词】:手术室护理;优质护理干预;施行效果;满意度【abstract】objective:tostudyandexploretheoperatingroomnursingusedinhighqualitynursinginterventioneffectandapplicationval
