1、基层常规治疗成人急性髓细胞白血病临床疗效观察四川省内江市中医医院内三科641000摘要目的：探究基层常规治疗成人急性髓细胞白血病临床疗效。方法：选取2012年3月至2016年3月在我院治疗急性髓细胞白血病患者120例，随机均分为观察组和对照组(各60例)，对照组采取柔红霉素和阿糖胞昔联合治疗，观察组采取去甲氧柔红霉素和阿糖胞昔联合治疗，治疗2个疗程，比较并分析2组患者的FAB分型、治疗疗效、生存质量评分、心脏毒副作用、化疗不良反应等。结果：2组患者FAB分型情况均无统计学差异(P>0.05)；观察组总有效率为66.6
2、7%(40/60),对照组总有效率为58.33%(35/60),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；2组患者治疗前牛存质量评分无统计学差异(PV0.05),治疗后观察组患者的牛存质量评分提高较对照组明显，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o观察组患者心脏毒副作用低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(PV0.05),观察组发生其他化疗不良反应也低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论：去甲氧柔红霉素和阿糖胞昔联合治疗成人急性髓细胞白血病临床疗效更加显著，患者牛存质量提高明显，值得临床推广。关键词常规治疗；柔红霉素；去
