1、CJSJS®白与隣^^砌収寸小2018-04-0809:50:18中国现代医生2018年4期杨建勇［摘要］目的研宂C反应蛋白(CRP)与降钙素原(PCT)检测对小儿重症肺炎的疗效评估。方法研究对象选取2016年1月〜2017年4月间我院收治的96例重症肺炎患儿设为观察组，选取同期健康儿童100例作为对照组，采用散射比浊法测景患儿的血浆CRP水平，采用电化学发光法测定PCT水平，对比两组CRP及PCT水平差异，根据疗效将观察组患儿分力治愈组和未治愈组，对比两组患儿的CRP、PCT水平差异，根据存活患儿的疗效怙况绘制ROC曲线。结果观察组CRP及PCT水平

2、均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05):治愈组患儿的CRP、PCT水平显著低于未治愈组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种检验指标对病情预后评估的ROC曲线分析显示，CRP联合PCT检测的ROC下面积要显著高于CRP、PCT单独检测，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论C反应蛋0和降钙素原是评估小儿重症肺炎疗效及预后的重要指标，联合检测能够提髙预测价值，值得在临床上推广和应用。［关键词］重症肺炎；C反应蛋白：降钙素原：疗效评估［屮图分类号］R725.6［文献标识码］A［义章编号］1673-9701(2018)04-0032-03［Ab
