1、-佳工艺是稳定可行的。4.对优选出的厚朴标准饮片最佳粉碎工艺生产的三批标准饮片进行液相特征图谱研究,并与厚朴对照药材的特征图谱相比较,结果三批厚朴饮片粉末均比对照药材的特征图谱多出两个峰,且三批厚朴饮片粉末的特征图谱在色谱峰的数量、峰高以及出峰时间上高度相似,和厚朴酚与厚朴酚的峰高比值接近,说明采用最佳工艺粉碎后厚朴标准饮片质量均匀,工艺也是稳定可行的,并且可将液相特征图谱中和厚朴酚的峰高与厚朴酚的峰高比值作为一项厚朴标准饮片的质量评价指标。5.运用气相色谱法对优选出的厚朴饮片最佳粉碎工艺生产的三批粉末进行研究,结果表
2、明对照药材的色谱峰(12个)明显少于三批粉末的色谱峰(均为20个),而三批粉末的色谱峰数量、峰高以及出峰时间高度相似,说明采用最佳工艺粉碎后,厚朴饮片质量均匀,工艺稳定可行,可将气相特征图谱中厚朴标准饮片峰面积大于0.1%的峰数作为一项厚朴标准饮片的质量评价指标。总而言之,本文优选出的最佳工艺能显著提高厚朴饮片的利用率,并且生产出的不同批次间的粉末质量非常均匀,说明此工艺非常稳定,且初步确定了两项厚朴标准饮片的质量评价指标。关键词:厚朴;粉碎工艺;液相特征图谱;气相特征图谱II----Researchonstandar
