2、益。从市场发展趋势来看，我们必须尽快完善我国证券公司退出中的投资者保护机制，以确保我国证券市场健康平稳的发展。正文可以分为四章。第一章界定了市场退出的概念，同时详述了退出模式的种类。第二章明确了证券公司退出中所涉及的证券投资者权益，这些权益集中体现在经纪业务和委托理财业务上。第三章全面分析了我国证券公司退出中投资者保护现状和存在的主要问题，伴随着证券公司的退出，投资者所托付给证券公司的资金或证券将面临着部分或全部无法收回的风险。第四章讨论了完善我国证券公司退出中的投资者保护机制若干建议，包括完善证券公司退出的法律体系，完善投资者保护基金制度及引进证券
