2、搏定40mgtidpo，疗程4周。做24h动态心电图（Holter）检测治疗前后房早次数。结果用药4周疗效（以Holter为准）比较。试验组：益心舒加用异搏定总有效率为90%，房早次数从治疗前（5088±4258）次/24h显著下降到治疗后（1274±1671）次/24h，治疗前后差异有非常显著性（P＜0.01）。对照组：异搏定组总有效率为66%。房性早搏由治疗前（5039±3102）次/24h下降到治疗后（2229±1829）次/24h，治疗前后差异有显著性（P＜0.05)。两组有效率比较差异有非常显著性（P＜0.01)。
