1、41.8℃全身热疗对恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能的影响论文王远东吕俊宏周明赵建祈岩超【摘要】［目的］探讨41.8℃全身热疗对恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能的影响。［方法］分别在治疗前后各个不同的时相抽取患者外周血样本，以流式细胞术检测样本中淋巴细胞亚群的百分含量、双抗夹心ELISA法测定血清样本中白细胞介素2（IL2）和白细胞介素受体2（sIL2R）的浓度。［结果］热化疗组患者在热疗期间Th/Ts比值上升至1.7，NK细胞百分含量和血清IL2浓度上升超过3倍，免疫封闭因子sIL2R浓度由热疗前的2113.3pg/ml显著下降至1506.5pg/ml，单纯化疗组患者未见上述改变。［结论］41.8℃全身热
