1、附录A英文原文LaserTissueWelding:LaserSpotSizeandBeamProfileStudiesAbstract:Thispaperevaluatestheeffectoflaserspotdiameterandbeamprofileontheshapeofthethermaldenaturationzoneproducedduringlasertissuewelding.2-cm-longfull-thicknessincisionsweremadeontheepilatedbacksofguineapigsinvivo.Indiainkwasuse
2、dasanabsorberandclampswereusedtoapposetheincisionedges.Weldingwasperformedusingcontinuous-wave1.06-m,Nd:YAGlaserradiationscannedovertheincisionstoproduce100-mspulses.Laserspotdiametersof1,2,4,and6mmwerestudied,withpowersof1,4,16,and36W,respectively.Theirradianceremainedconstantat127MonteC
3、arlosimulationswerealsoconductedtoexamine.theeffectoflaserspotsizeandbeamprofileonthedistributionofphotonsabsorbedinthetissue.Thelaserspotdiameterwasvariedfrom1to6mm.Gaussian,flat-top,dualGaussian,anddualflat-topbeamprofileswerestudied.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthat1-,2-,4-,and6-mm-diameter
