2、eapigsinvivo.Indiainkwasusedasanabsorberandclampswereusedtoapposetheincisionedges.Weldingwasperformedusingcontinuous-wave1.06-m,Nd:YAGlaserradiationscannedovertheincisionstoproduce100-mspulses.Laserspotdiametersof1,2,4,and6mmwerestudied,withpowersof1,4,16,and36W
3、,respectively.Theirradianceremainedconstantat127MonteCarlosimulationswerealsoconductedtoexamine.theeffectoflaserspotsizeandbeamprofileonthedistributionofphotonsabsorbedinthetissue.Thelaserspotdiameterwasvariedfrom1to6mm.Gaussian,flat-top,dualGaussian,anddualflat-to
4、pbeamprofileswerestudied.Theexperimentalresultsshowedthat1-,2-,4-,and6-mm-diameterspotsproducedthermaldenaturationtoanaveragedepthof570,970,1470,and1900m,respectively.MonteCarlosimulationsdemonstratedthatthemostuniformdistributionofphotonabsorptionisachievedusing
