1、西安石油大学本科毕业设计(论文)马宁油田马宁甲联合站工艺设计摘要:该联合站拟建于陕西省靖边县天赐湾乡境内。联合站可在一块大约是300m×200m的区域上优先征用。站址周围无大型企事业单位及大型建(构)筑物,距离矿场油库38公里。该地区地势较平坦开阔,土质为黄土。本论文进行了马宁甲联合站工艺设计。根据马宁油田的原油物性、天然气物性、气象、水文资料及联合站地形特征,建立一座联合站,使该区块油气集中处理,生产合格的原油、干气、液化气、轻烃。在设计中,我们首先了解了联合站最基本的生产过程:站外来油经三相分离器、加
2、热炉、稳定塔、增压泵、电脱水器、外输泵、计量等流程后,外输至矿场油库。而后,依据任务书所给数据进行基本参数计算,进而完成站内主要设备数量确定、选型及校核,和管线站内总平面布置。绘制了工艺流程图、平面布置图和阀组间安装图。进行设计时,由于原油油气比低,采用密闭输送流程,用以减少油气损耗。考虑原油含水量高,采用加热流程和两段脱水工艺。并在原油外输时,对其加热,使其达到外输温度要求。在设计中,考虑到停电和泄露等事故突发性,设计了正常流程和事故流程,来满足油田生产的正常进行。整个联合站设计以油气集输系统为中心,其

7、sportationtechnologicalandthemeasurementinturns.Thebasiccalculationsoftheparametersshouldbedoneonthebasisofthejobspecification.Thenextistodecidethequantityandtypesofthemajorequipment,andcalibratethem.Theplanelayoutofthestationwouldbefinished,andtheflowcha
8、rt,layoutdiagramandthevaluesinstallationdiagramaswellasbedrawn.Inthedesign,becauseoil-gasratioislow,itisnecessarytomaketheoilandgasflowinthetightlinepumpingsystemtodecreasethewasteoftheoil.Consideringhighwaterconten
