2、thecity,andimprovingthelifequalityofurbanresidents.Firstly,thispaperbrieflyintroducedthemainpartsofthecontentsofTaiwanurbanNMTSystemPlanningBasedontheseexperiences,thecharacteristicsandfunctionsoftheurbanNMTaresummarizedandthetechnicalflowandcontentofurbanNMTsystemplanni

5、nsportandnon-motorizedtransportationnetwork,reducingthetravelvolumeofmotorvehicles,etc.Therefore,effectivemeasuresshouldbetakentodealwiththisproblem.Trafficmodeswhichmainlyrelyonphysicalforce,generallyincludingpedestrainandbicycle,arecalledNon-motorizedTraffic(hereinafte
