7、rviceareathatpeopleCanreachbyusingnetworkanalysis，thentocalculateeffectiveserviceareaandtherateofcoverage，andevaluatethepreliminaryprogramwithcongruenceanalysiscapabilities．Atlast，thearticleadjuststhelocationofgasstationstogetanoptimizationplan，andthenverifies
