1、临床护理路径在耐药肺结核患者中的应用效果评价郑文灵赤峰市传染病防治医院呼吸内科摘要：A的在耐药肺结核患者护理过程屮采用临床护理路径，评价应用效果。方法该次探宂需要利用自愿参与原则在该院2015年1月一2017年1月期间所收治的耐药肺结核患者中选取66例作为样本人群，按照随机数字表法对66例患者实行均分，2组患者分别命名为研宄组和参照组，每组33例患者。参照组患者在护理过程中应用常规护理干预，研宄组患者在护理过程中应用临床护理路径，将2组患者实行不同护理干预后得到的组间数据(健康知识知晓水平、服药依从性、配合度满意度、疼痛满意度、心理舒适度满意度、住院时间、
2、住院费用)进行统计学分析，计算出统计学分析结果的相关性数值。结果研宄组患者入院时服药依从性(1.47±0.56)分、健康知识知晓水平(6.83±2.06)分对比参照组患者差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05):研究组患者出院时健康知识知晓水平(3.95±0.04)分、服药依从性(17.35±1.55)分、配合度满意度96.96%(32/33)、疼痛满意度96.96%(32/33)、心理舒适度满意度100.00%(33/33)、住院时间(49.25±3.75)d、住院费用(6308.14±123.69)元均显著性更佳，对比参照组患者而言，组间差异有统计学意义(P〈
