1、经尿道前列腺电切术后尿道狭窄原因分析及治疗体会倪国平汉源县中医医院外科625302【摘要】目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切(TURP)和双极等离子电切术(PKRP)术后尿道狭窄的原因并对其治疗方法作简要探讨。方法：对我院2014年6月至2015年12只诊断为良性前列腺增生行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)和双极等离子电切术(PKRP)的各91名患者，进行随访。结果：对手术时间、留置尿管时间、术后住院时间、术后尿WBC等相关数据进行分析，发现PKRP组明显优于TURP组(P<0.05)。进一步将手术时间、留置尿管时间、术后住院时间、术后尿WBC等相关数据与术后半年尿道狭窄发生率进行Logist

2、ic回归分析，发现术后留置尿管时间是造成TURP术后尿道狭窄的主要因素，留置时间越长，发生尿道狭窄的概率越高，而PKRP组各临床指标均对尿道狭窄的发生无明显的影响。结论：PKRP在治疗在术后尿道狭窄发生率方面明显低于TURP,有良好的应用前景；且尿道狭窄是TURP术后常见的并发症，其发生原因有尿路感染、术中操作及术后护理护理不当引起，术后随访早期选择合适的方法进行治疗是康复的关键。【关键词】经尿道前列腺电切术；尿道狭窄；治疗体会【Abstract】objective:Toinvestigatethecausesofurethralstrictureaftertransurethral
