1、摘要本文主要分析了汽车内饰件的成形工艺，介绍了弯曲，冲孔，落料级进模的排样设计和模具结构设计。经工艺分析，工艺计算，确定了该设计工艺流程及冲模结构形式。模具可实现自动送料，卸料，出料，工艺性能好，冲件质量高。模具用UG，CATIA，CAD绘制出装配图和零件图。设计过程中首先要对零件进行工艺分析，经过工艺分析和对比，确定合适的工艺方案，完成料带的排样设计；接着对冲裁力，拉深力和弯曲力进行计算，确定零件生产过程中的总冲压力，完成压力机的选择；最后对模具各零部件进行详细设计，完成模具的装配和检验。关键词:内饰件；弯曲；冲裁；级进模Opinionsandsuggestionsontheparty'
