1、哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文高速铣削模具加工策略研究与工艺设计摘要高速铣削模具(HighSpeedMillingTooling),在现代模具生产中,随着对塑件的美观度及功能要求得越来越高,塑件内部结构设计得越来越复杂,模具的外形设计也日趋复杂,自由曲面所占比例不断增加,相应的模具结构也设计得越来越复杂。这些都对模具加工技术提出了更高要求,不仅应保证高的制造精度和表面质量,而且要追求加工表面的美观。随着对高速加工技术研究的不断深入,尤其在加工机床、数控系统、刀具系统、CAD/CAM软件等相关技术不断发展的推动下,高速加工技术已越来越多地应用于模具型腔的加工
2、与制造中。本文对高速铣刀切削模具进行了研究。首先从高速铣削的一般机理出发,研究了高速铣削的切削参数与切削力,曲面几何特性与刀具切削姿态,表面粗糙度,刀具磨损使用寿命的关系。对球头刀、立铣刀、面铣刀三种典型刀具的刀具铣削加工进行了描述,通过研究刀具与机床,加工表面的几何关系,确定了各种铣刀对模具高速切削过程影响。研究了三种典型刀具的切削姿态对加工过程的影响,根据研究结果对三种典型刀具进行了刀具运动轨迹优选,并对刀具典型模具铣刀切削运动轨迹选择。关键词高速铣削;切削层参数;刀具切削姿态;切削运动轨迹选择59哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文High-speedmi
