5、《员工离职手续表》HRD008附表三《员工离职面谈表》HRD040 第一章总则 第一条为规范公司人事管理,确保人事为公司在入职、试用期转正、及劳动合同变更、劳动关系解除、离职程序等方面提供可靠依据,特制定本制度。 第二条本制度适用于公司各序列员工的人事制度管理。 第二章入职报到 第三条人资部是具体负责新员工办理入职手续的职能部门,入职时您须出示以下有效证件的原件并保留复印件:1、身份证;2、学历证书、学位证书;3、职称证书、资格证书;3、近期免冠大一寸彩色红底照片3张。 第四条当个人资料有以下更改或补充时,请您在一个月内到人力资源部出示相关证明的原件并留下复印件,
6、以确保与您有关的各项权益:1、姓名或身份证号码;2、职称、从业资格;3、培训结业或进修毕业。 您进入公司后,部门都会指定一名员工作为您的入职指引人。入职指引人除了向您介绍公司、部门的基本情况和您的工作任务外,还会指导您如何领取办公用品,使用办公设备、用餐等有关工作的具体事项。 第三章试用及转正 第五条试用 (一)按照《劳动合同法》规定,本公司与员工的劳动合同期限三个月以上不满一年的,试用期不超过一个月;劳动合同期限一年以上不满三年的,试用期不超过二个月;三年以上固定期限和无固定期限的劳动合同,试用期不超过六个月。本公司与同一劳动者只约定一次试用期。以完成一定工作任务为
7、期限的劳动合同或者劳动合同期限不满三个月的,不约定试用期。试用期包含在劳动合同期限内。试用期届满,经考核不符合岗位要求者作终止试用,解除劳动关系。 (二)试用期间如有重大贡献或工作表现非常突出者,经主管副总或总经理审核同意,报人力资源部部核定后可提前转正。 第六条转正 (一)试用期届满时,由部门对员工试用期间的工作进行考核,按要求填写《职员试用转正录用呈报表》后提交人力资源部核定。(二)人资部根据审批结果为员工办理转正手续。 第四章劳动关系的变更 第七条公司可根据实际客观情况、员工绩效考核、员
