5、···································5附表一《员工离职汇签表》HRD025附表二《员工离职手续表》HRD008附表三《员工离职面谈表》HRD040第一章总则第一条为规范公司人事管理,确保人事为公司在入职、试用期转正、及劳动合同变更、劳动关系解除、离职程序等方面提供可靠依据,特制定本制度。第二条本制度适用于公司各序列员工的人事制度管理。第二章入职报到第三条人资部是具体负责新员工办理入职手续的职能部门,入职时您须出示以下有效证件的原件并保留复印件:1、身份证;2、学历证书、学位证书;3、职称证书、资格证书;3、近期
6、免冠大一寸彩色红底照片3张。第四条当个人资料有以下更改或补充时,请您在一个月内到人力资源部出示相关证明的原件并留下复印件,以确保与您有关的各项权益:1、姓名或身份证号码;2、职称、从业资格;3、培训结业或进修毕业。您进入公司后,部门都会指定一名员工作为您的入职指引人。入职指引人除了向您介绍公司、部门的基本情况和您的工作任务外,还会指导您如何领取办公用品,使用办公设备、用餐等有关工作的具体事项。第三章试用及转正第五条试用(一)按照《劳动合同法》规定,本公司与员工的劳动合同期限三个月以上不满一年的,试用期不超过一个月;劳动合同期限一年以上不满三年的
7、,试用期不超过二个月;三年以上固定期限和无固定期限的劳动合同,试用期不超过六个月。本公司与同一劳动者只约定一次试用期。以完成一定工作任务为期限的劳动合同或者劳动合同期限不满三个月的,不约定试用期。试用期包含在劳动合同期限内。试用期届满,经考核不符合岗位要求者作终止试用,解除劳动关系。(二)试用期间如有重大贡献或工作表现非常突出者,经主管副总或总经理审核同意,报人力资源部部核定后可提前转正。第六条转正(一)试用期届满时,由部门对员工试用期间的工作进行考核,按要求填写《职员试用转正录用呈报表》后提交人力资源部核定。(二)人资部根据审批结果为员工办理
