6、ressinanalytics.Highereducationinstitutions,forthemostpart,arecollectingmoredatathaneverbefore.However,thisstudyprovidesevidencethatmostofthesedataareusedtosatisfycredentialingorreportingrequirementsratherthantoaddressstrategicques-tions,andmuchofthedatacollectedarenotusedatall.An
