1、骨科医学研究论文有关骨科研究的论文后路伤椎注入人工骨短节段钉棒系统固定治疗胸腰椎骨折　　【摘要】目的总结分析后路经椎弓根伤椎注入人工骨椎体植骨结合短节段钉棒系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法对25例胸腰椎骨折给予后路减压，短节段钉棒系统内固定，经伤椎椎弓根一侧置钉，另一侧注入人工骨椎体植骨治疗。观察术后、随访时伤椎高度及Cobb’s角的变化情况。结果经过6~18个月随访，术后伤椎高度无丢失，Cobb’s角无改变，后凸角度消失。结论应用后路减压，经伤椎椎弓根一侧置钉（5钉）内固定，另一侧注入人工骨椎体植骨治疗胸腰椎骨折疗效确切。　　【关键词】伤椎；可注射人工骨；胸腰椎骨折；
