4、nmethodofstructureofthehighaccuracyChipBondersarediscussed.Thissystemcompriseslightingsystem,opticalsystem,CCDcameradevice,imageprocessingunit,motioncontrolsystemandsoon.Thetechniquesofimageprocessingandthepartofthemotioncontrolarethedeterminantpartf

5、ortheautomaticalignmentsystem.Moreover,requirementsanalysisforthesystemsoftwareisconducted.Imageprocessingalgorithmssuchasthresholdsegmentation,imagefilter,imageedging,edgedetection,sub-pixeledgeextractionarediscussed.Andtherelevantmodulesforimagepro

6、cessingareempolderedandrealizedinthesoftware.Theparameterofthepixeltransformquantumoftheimagingsystemiscalibrated,andthesimulatedexperimentsareputupforanalyzingtheprecisionsofsub-pixeledgeextraction.Thecontrolprojectforlamp-house,light-pathwayandelec

7、tromotorusingmotioncontrolcardaredesigned.Thesoftwaretodriveandcontrolthehardwareisprogrammed.Thesystemhashighprecisionofmovementandorientation.AmethodofmeasuringdisplacementdirectlyusingstandardreticleandCCDisproposed.Basedontheresearchforthetechniq
