2、llogisticsindustry,standardizationofthecustomsbondedlogisticscenter(B)andthemanagementoftheimportandexportofgoodsandbondedwarehousinglogisticsenterprisesmanagementbehavior,accordingto"CustomsLaw"ofPeople'sRepublicofChinaandtherelevantstatelawsandadministrativeregul

3、ationsformulated.Thesecondtermofthebondedlogisticscenter(B)(hereinafterreferredtoasthelogisticscenter)referstotheapprovalofthecustoms,operatedbytheChinaterritoryofacorporate,anumberofenterprisesengagedinbondedwarehousingandlogisticsbusinessintothecustomscentralized

4、supervisionplaces.Thirdthefollowinggoodsapprovedbythecustomscanbedepositedinthelogisticscenter:(a)domesticexportsofgoods;(two)transitgoodsandinternationaltransitgoods;(three)temporaryforeigngoods;(four)theimportandexportofprocessingtradegoods;(five)thesupplyofinter

5、nationalshipsandaircraftmaintenancematerialsandspareparts;(six)sparepartsformaintenanceofforeignproductsimportedconsignments;(seven)generaltradeimportgoodsthathavenotgonethroughcustomsformalities;(eight)approvedbythecustomsgoodsnotothercustomsformalities.Enterprise

6、sinthecenterstorageshouldbeinaccordancewiththerangeofgoodsapprovedbythecustomsandcommoditytocarryoutbondedlogisticsbusiness.ThesecondchaptersetupenterpriselogisticscenterandthecenteroftheTheestablishmentofthefirstsectionofthelogisticscenterFourthtosetupalogisticsce

7、ntershallmeetthefollowingconditions:(a)logisticscenterstoragearea,theeasternareaofnotlessthan100thousandsquaremeters,theareaofnotlessthan50thousandsquaremeters;(two)complywiththecustomssupervisionoflogisticscenterplanningandconstructionrequirements;(three)thelocati
