2、nternationallogisticsindustry,standardizationofthecustomsbondedlogisticscenter(B)andthemanagementoftheimportandexportofgoodsandbondedwarehousinglogisticsenterprisesmanagementbehavior,accordingto"CustomsLaw"ofPeople'sRepublicofChinaandtherelevantstatelaws

3、andadministrativeregulationsformulated.Thesecondtermofthebondedlogisticscenter(B)(hereinafterreferredtoasthelogisticscenter)referstotheapprovalofthecustoms,operatedbytheChinaterritoryofacorporate,anumberofenterprisesengagedinbondedwarehousingandlogistics

4、businessintothecustomscentralizedsupervisionplaces.Thirdthefollowinggoodsapprovedbythecustomscanbedepositedinthelogisticscenter:(a)domesticexportsofgoods;(two)transitgoodsandinternationaltransitgoods;(three)temporaryforeigngoods;(four)theimportandexporto

5、fprocessingtradegoods;(five)thesupplyofinternationalshipsandaircraftmaintenancematerialsandspareparts;(six)sparepartsformaintenanceofforeignproductsimportedconsignments;(seven)generaltradeimportgoodsthathavenotgonethroughcustomsformalities;(eight)approve

6、dbythecustomsgoodsnotothercustomsformalities.Enterprisesinthecenterstorageshouldbeinaccordancewiththerangeofgoodsapprovedbythecustomsandcommoditytocarryoutbondedlogisticsbusiness.ThesecondchaptersetupenterpriselogisticscenterandthecenteroftheTheestablish

7、mentofthefirstsectionofthelogisticscenterFourthtosetupalogisticscentershallmeetthefollowingconditions:(a)logisticscenterstoragearea,theeasternareaofnotlessthan100thousandsquaremeters,theareaofnotlessthan50thousandsquaremeters;(two)complywiththecustomssup

8、ervisionoflogisticscenterplanningandconstructionrequirements;(three)thelocationneartheairport,seaport,landtransportationhubandinternationallogisticsdemandofinlandlargeamount,convenienttransportation,customsandcustomssuperv
