1、中文摘要目的:观察通痹颗粒对冠心病心绞痛合并肥胖患者的临床疗效,血浆中内皮素(ET)及血清一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响,探讨通痹颗粒治疗冠心病心绞痛合并肥胖患者的作用机制。方法:将门诊及住院的60例冠心病心绞痛合并肥胖患者,随机分为两组,分别给予常规西药治疗和常规西药基础上加服通痹颗粒治疗。疗程为4周,治疗前后做心电图,检测血浆中内皮素与血清一氧化氮水平。内皮素检测用放射免疫法,一氧化氮检测采用还原酶法。结果:两组患者治疗后中医证候疗效优于治疗前,组间比较显示治疗组优于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗后心绞痛疗效及心电图疗效较
2、治疗前均有所改善,组间比较两组治疗后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两组在硝酸甘油停减率比较上有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组患者治疗后血浆内皮素及血清一氧化氮水平明显改善,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);组间比较显示治疗组优于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:通痹颗粒对冠心病心绞痛合并肥胖患者的临床疗效确切,能显著降低患者血浆内皮素含量,升高血清一氧化氮含量,说明本方具有改善血管内皮及保护血管内皮的功能,该方还能调脂、增加冠脉血流量,实现对缺血心肌的保护作用。关键词:冠心病心绞痛;肥胖;通痹颗粒
