3、SixtythreePGSpatientsofabdominalsurgery,fromEasternHepatobiliarySurgicalHospital,wererandomizedintoacupuncturegroup(32cases)andmetoclopramidegroup(31cases).ThepatientsinacupuncturegroupweretreatedwithacupunctureappliedtoZusanliandotheracupointsonceaday,w
4、hilethepatientsinmetoclopramidegroupwereintramuscularlyinjected20mgmetoclopramidethreetimesaday.Mainoutcomemeasures:Volumeofgastricdrainage,numberoftreatmentandcurerateinthe15twogroupsweremeasuredandevaluated.Results:Acupunctureandmetoclopramidecouldsigni
5、ficantlyreducegastricdrainagevolume.Inacupuncturegroup,thecureratewas90.6%andthenumberoftreatmentwas6.58±4.26,whileinmetoclopramidegroup,thecurerateandthenumberoftreatmentwere32.3%and10.13±3.60respectively.Thereweresignificantdifferencesingastricdrainagev
