1、不同负荷游泳运动影响小鼠血管内皮生长因子在心室肌和心房肌的不同表达【摘要】目的:观察三种不同负荷条件下血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在小鼠心肌组织中的表达,并进一步阐明不同负荷对机体心脏中心室肌和心房肌不同代偿能力的影响规律。方法:雄性2月龄昆明小鼠30只,每只体重(34±1.87)g,用国家标准啮齿类动物饲料饲养,自由进食进水。适应性喂养1周后,随机分为3组,每组10只,对训练组进行训练。训练完成后取其心脏,固定包埋后作HE和免疫组化染色,观察各组的体重改变、VEGF表达状况。利用IMAGEPROPLUS5.1图像分析软
2、件测量面积比。结果:三组小鼠中120min+负重组随着训练时间的延长而逐渐不能顺利地完成任务,游完后都表现筋疲力尽;而其它两组的小鼠活动状态一直较好。静养对照组VEGF表达为阴性;120min组表达为弱阳性;120min+负重组表达为阳性。分析其阳性面积比(阳性面积/视野面积),120min组和120min+负重组均与静养对照组有明显性差异,120min组与120min+负重组也有明显性的差异。结论:一定的运动可以使心肌分泌VEGF,在适宜的时间内,运动的强度越大,VEGF的表达就越强烈,这对心房肌的影响较大,而对心室肌
