2、果治疗3个疗程后(每疗程6d),治疗组治愈22例,愈显率为9O.O%:对照组治愈13例,愈显率为56.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<O.01).治疗前后肩关节上举外展,外旋,后伸内旋以及疼痛分级比较差异均有统计学意义(P<O.01),治疗组和对照组治疗对疼痛和肩关节功能改善比较差异有统计学意义(均P<O.05).结论针刺阴陵泉穴配合推拿治疗肩周炎能够有效地干预肩周炎患者的临床症状,改善疼痛,恢复肩关节功能,促进其临床痊愈.【关键词】针刺:穴,阴陵泉:推拿:肩凝症【中图分类号】R246.2【文献标
