2、ingfurnaceshouldnotbehigherthanthenormalvalue;(2)ventilationinreasonablecircumstances,theoxygencontentofthekilnandcalcineroutletintheexhaustgasshouldbekeptinaproperrange,shouldasfaraspossibletoavoidtheemergenceofcarbonmonoxide;(3)thetemperatureandventilationcouldimprovethefuelratioofdecomposi
3、ngfurnace.Theseprinciplesareeasytounderstandandmostofthemcanbecarriedout,buttherearemanypeoplewhostillhavesomevagueideasandcannotdealwiththemwellwhenconfrontedwithproblems.Thefuzzyunderstandingofthekilntodecompositiontemperature,furnaceareabetweenthecrustthatisseriousduetothedecompositionfurn
4、acefuelcausedbyoperation,thusalwaysreducedecompositionfurnacefuel,andthenincreasethekilnfuel,theresultsofthisregionaltemperatureincreasedfurther,thecrustismoreserious,kilnconditionworsened.Infact,inadditiontokilngasandfurnacegasseparatedfromthedoubleserieskiln,itismainlyduetoexcessivefuelinth
5、ekiln.Asweallknow,thedecompositionfurnaceisanefficientheatexchanger,thedecompositionfurnacemorefuel,theexhaustgastemperatureisnottoohighandthefurnacematerialcanobtainahigherdecompositionrate.Butifthispartshouldbeaddedtothefurnace,thedecompositionrateofthekilnmaterialwillbelow,whichwillincreas
6、etheburdenonthekiln.Becausethekilnheatexchangeefficiencyislow,inordertoensurethenormalburningclinker,itshouldbeaddedtothefuelinthekiln,butbythecombustionspaceandtheheatexchangeefficiencylimit,tothedecompositiontemperatureofthefurnacekilnareabetweentheinevitablehigh.Andthisareaisjust"materialt
7、hinarea",andthematerialiseasytoproduceinthispartofthecorneroftheloop,thereareverygoodskinconditions,easytocauseseriousskin.Thematerialitselfdoesnotexceedthetemperatureequilibriumtemperaturewasincompletedecompositionbefore(usuallyaround850degr
