1、矿用重载车辆电子差速系统设计摘要:为了降低能源消耗与减小环境污染,新能源电车已成为未来车辆行业发展的主要趋势。国、内外各大汽车生产厂商与科研院所纷纷投入大量的人力、物力、财力来研究、制造电车及其相关的零部件。目前轮毂电机驱动式电车以其简单的机械传动结构,较高的驱动效率,低廉的成本等诸多优点已成为研究的热点。但轮毂电机驱动式电车不能采用传统的机械差速器,来实现车辆的顺利转弯。而电子差速器则可以解决这一问题。同时,文章完成了电子差速系统硬件电路的设计、软件的设计、CAN通讯协议的设计。最后利用MATLAB/Simuli
2、nk仿真软件,模拟仿真分析。通过仿真表明,电子差速控制系统设计合理,差速效果良好。电子差速器的设计,解决了轮毂电机驱动式矿用重载车辆的转向问题。相比于传统的机械差速器,电子差速器避免了复杂的机械传动结构,大大简化了电车的底盘空间。另外,相比于其它的电子差速器,此电子差速器避免考虑路面及转向角度的问题,简化了控制计算方法,提高了控制系统的稳定性,使车辆具有更佳的转弯性能和控制响应。关键词:矿用重载车辆;轮毂电机;自适应;电子差速VDesignofelectronicdifferentialspeedsystemfor
