1、论文题目:无皂化乳液聚合制备聚苯乙烯微球专业:高分子材料与工程学生:桑玮(签字)指导老师:后振中(签字)摘要随着科学技术的发展,高分子微球的应用越来越广泛,特别是单分散型聚合物微球受到人们的关注,成为研究热点。在各种高分子微球中,聚苯乙烯(PS)微球研究较多,应用较广,在色谱柱填料、光子晶体光学滤波器、光开关、高密度电磁数据存储器、化学和生物化学传感器等领域具有重要用途。传统PS微球的制备方法有:乳液聚合法,分散聚合法,悬浮聚合法。这些方法需要大量的添加剂,后处理复杂,环境污染严重,所得产品表面不洁净,成本较高。无皂乳液聚合是指完全不含乳化剂或仅含少量乳化剂的乳液聚合,与传统的聚合方法相比,成
2、本低,后处理工艺简单,表面洁净,环境污染小。本文采用无皂乳液聚合法制备聚苯乙烯微球,研究了单体浓度,引发剂用量,反应体系离子浓度和温度对聚苯乙烯微球粒径的影响。结果表明,保持其它条件不变,聚苯乙烯微球的粒径随单体浓度的增大而增加;引发剂浓度增大,微球粒径减小;反应体系中离子强度增大,微球粒径增大,离子浓度过大时容易结块且不形成微球。另外,温度对苯乙烯聚合影响较大,温度相对较低时很难发生聚合。对所得产物进行红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和激光粒度(DLS)的表征,结果显示,当苯乙烯用量为0.087mol,过硫酸钾用量为1.30mmol,NaCl用量为2.56mmol,反应温度为80℃,
