3、estigatethefeaturesofimmuneadjustmentfunctionderivedfromtheinteractionofosteoblastsOrthopaedicTraumaandHandSurgery,derivedfrommesenchymalstemcells(ODCs)withTcellsinvitro.2DepartmentofMETHODS:RabbitbonemarrowmononuclearcellswereisolatedbyFicoll-Hypaque
4、densitygradient,exvivoUrinarySurgery,Firstculture-expanded,andobtainedafterthethirdpassage.TheclassicchemicalinducedODCsatdifferentproportionwereAffiliatedHospitalofaddedtoTcellstoformtwo-waymixedlymphocyteculturesystem.At3,5,7days,MTTassaywasusedtode
5、tectTcellGuangxiMedicalproliferationineachgroup.T-cellsubsetsapoptosiswasanalyzedusingflowcytometricanalysisafter24hours.University,Nanning53002,GuangxiRESULTSANDCONCLUSION:ODCsinhibitedTcellproliferationinadose-effectmannerinacertainrange.WithZhuangA
6、utonomousincreasingODCdoseandtime,inhibitionwasenhanced.ComparisonofmeaninhibitionrateofthreetimesshowedthatRegion,China(1:20)groupwaslessthan(1:80)group,and(1:40)groupwaslessthan(1:80)group(P<0.05).ODCscancauseapoptosisofTcellsubsets,includingCD4+(ap
7、optosisrate8.57%)subtypeslessthanCD8+(apoptosis15.31%;P<0.01).PanRong-gui☆,ResultsshowedthatODCsinvitrocansuppressTcellsproliferationthroughpathwayofcellapoptosis,especiallyforStudyingforCD8+.However,thisinhibitionisnotparticularlystrong,showingthatth
