3、gatethefeaturesofimmuneadjustmentfunctionderivedfromtheinteractionofosteoblastsOrthopaedicTraumaandHandSurgery,derivedfrommesenchymalstemcells(ODCs)withTcellsinvitro.2DepartmentofMETHODS:RabbitbonemarrowmononuclearcellswereisolatedbyFicoll-Hypaquedensit
4、ygradient,exvivoUrinarySurgery,Firstculture-expanded,andobtainedafterthethirdpassage.TheclassicchemicalinducedODCsatdifferentproportionwereAffiliatedHospitalofaddedtoTcellstoformtwo-waymixedlymphocyteculturesystem.At3,5,7days,MTTassaywasusedtodetectTcel
5、lGuangxiMedicalproliferationineachgroup.T-cellsubsetsapoptosiswasanalyzedusingflowcytometricanalysisafter24hours.University,Nanning53002,GuangxiRESULTSANDCONCLUSION:ODCsinhibitedTcellproliferationinadose-effectmannerinacertainrange.WithZhuangAutonomousi
6、ncreasingODCdoseandtime,inhibitionwasenhanced.ComparisonofmeaninhibitionrateofthreetimesshowedthatRegion,China(1:20)groupwaslessthan(1:80)group,and(1:40)groupwaslessthan(1:80)group(P<0.05).ODCscancauseapoptosisofTcellsubsets,includingCD4+(apoptosisrate8
7、.57%)subtypeslessthanCD8+(apoptosis15.31%;P<0.01).PanRong-gui☆,ResultsshowedthatODCsinvitrocansuppressTcellsproliferationthroughpathwayofcellapoptosis,especiallyforStudyingforCD8+.However,thisinhibitionisnotparticularlystrong,showingthattheODCshavesomed
