1、我国冷链物流发展现状与对策研究年级：2012级学号：120540132姓名：高升专业：工业工程二零一五年六月摘要摘要:冷链物流是以保持低温环境为核心要求的供应链系统，是随着科学技术的进步以及制冷技术的快速发展而发展起来的，是以冷冻工艺学为基础、以制冷技术为手段的低温物流过程。冷链物流的发展不仅受国际宏观环境的影响，也受国内经济体制等自身因素的制约，随着经济的发展以及人民生活水平的提高，我国冷链物流需求增幅加快，冷链物流过程逐步规范，冷链物流企业逐步发展，冷链物流信息技术水平不断提高。但仍然存在许多问题，冷链经营主体出现问题，冷链设施不完善，食品冷链物流发展滞后，冷链物流缺乏上卜游的整体规划与
